"I can’t believe this! This is just bullshit!" complained Utena with her arms crossed and legs on the table. "Oh come on Utena it isn’t all the bad." assured Usagi otherwise known as Sailor Moon. "Not that bad? NOT THAT BAD!" Utena screamed while getting up and knocking her chair over in the process. "Madoka just had a sequel movie to her series," she asserted while pointing at the pink pig-tailed goddess alarming her slightly and then pointed her finger directly in Usagi’s face, "and you just got a reboot!"  

"Well on the bright side Utena you don’t have to worry about animation errors." offered Madoka while holding up screenshots of such in both hands of both her and Usagi’s animes. Utena just glared at her. "Madoka that hardly helps at all! I don’t understand how you got another movie made when your whole series is practically a RIP OFF OF MINE! The only difference is your purple girlfriend is japanese!"

With that Madoka remained stunned … then soon started to tear up. She ran straight into Usagi’s arms sobbing. “Utena how could you say such things?! You know very well that Madoka’s anime is completely original!” scolded Usagi to Utena. Utena just seeing her words had made the goddess cry into the future queen of the world had shocked her and made her feel guilty. She held her head low in shame for hurting her one of her own friends.

"I-I’m sorry Madoka I didn’t mean it ." She started. The goddess stopped crying for a bit and turned around to see the world revolutionary’s regretful demeanor. "I’m just jealous that you and Usagi have been having such great success with your shows that I was just jealous that the only thing recent from my series was my movie release 15 years ago." Utena still held her gaze away from her friends. "I didn’t mean to lash out at you like that but come on if you were in my shoes you feel just as frustrated as me. I mean come on I had symbolism, subversions, yuri; for fuck’s sake I even turned into a car!" Utena still looked away from them.

"If you want I’ll leave right now-" "Utena wait!" Just as Utena was about to leave Madoka grabbed her hand. "Utena I can absolutely understand how you feel. After my series had ended I waited so long for my story to be continued. Obviously 2 years isn’t as long as 15 but I can still understand how you feel." "You know I’ve waited much longer for a reboot than both of you have." broke in Usagi. Both girls turned to her. "I mean isn’t it important that our fans at least get to see us and how we managed to overcome situations. Isn’t it important that we inspire pride and joy and love in them?" she asked while walking over to the both of them. As soon as she got close to them, she held both their hands. Isn’t it at least good that we inspire hope in all of them?"

Both Utena and Madoka smiled at their friend. “Yeah I guess you’re right. I did teach my fans a lot about growing up and how to leave abusive situations.” “And I’m pretty sure that I at least made a point about being careful what you wish for.” Usagi smiled and leaned in and hugged both of her friends who returned the favor as well. Usagi turned towards Utena. “Don’t worry Utena I’m sure someday you’ll get a reboot.”

Utena beamed. “You know all this talk about reboots and sequels has gotten me hungry.” Usagi inquired. “And I’m pretty sure Mami and Makoto have gotten together and are cooking something delicious right now.” intoned Madoka. Utena laughed. “Well what are we waiting for? There’s some delicious food made to be eaten right now with all our names on it.” With that the trio of powerful magical girls all ran out of Madoka’s magical girl valhalla and right onto earthen planes headed straight towards Mami’s and Makoto’s shared apartment.
